  1. Prepare 1 of pkt Maggi Atta Noodle.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Maggi coconut milk powder.
  3. It's 1 cube of cheese.
  4. You need 2 cups of vegetable stock or soup of your choice.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of par boiled Vegetables. (Broccoli, babycorn,frenchbeans).
  6. It's 1 tsp of butter.
  7. You need 1 tsp of oil.
  8. You need 1/8 of th tsp chopped garlic.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
  10. Prepare 2 tbs of tricolor capsicum sauted in oil or butter for few seconds.

Maggi Atta Noodle Rissotto step by step

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan,add garlic and saute it..
  2. Crush maggi atta noodle packets with your palm to get crushed noodles..
  3. Add crushed noodles in a pan with oil,butter n garlic and saute it for a minute.Mix atta noodle masala with vegetable stock.stir well..
  4. Add 1 cup vegetable stock into pan and let it cook for 2 minutes with noodles then stir it and add remaining vegetable stock spoon by spoon until maggi absorbs all stock..
  5. Add coconut milk made with maggi coconut milk powder,into pan and stir well,add grated cheese and mix well.add par boiled Vegetables, cook for a minute and Maggi Atta Noodle Risotto is ready in few minutes. Serve hot with bread n salads..
